The wee plates are made of porcelain and all the little food items on them are so well-made and beautifully formed. Perfect size for Barbie, by the way! Also, Amazon shipped these bitty items to me loose in a box with a 14-pound box of cat litter, but thanks to the seller for packaging everything in little plastic bags which were then enveloped in bubble wrap, they arrived unscathed!
