So far, I like this product!This is NOT a hair straigntener!! The product I received was actually a plastic bag sealer, as the directions described. Instead of having flat plates, they were wavy. I am returning the product.I tossed this after my first use. Doesn't heat up. VERY TINY - maybe made to use on a toddler? Poorly made - piece of junk.Returned just melted things, did not sealNot satisfied.. I ordered (as described by seller) a mini hair straightener.. what I got was a crimper.. if I could give zero stars I would..This listing is very misleading- The posted photos make it LOOK like a straightener when it is actually a mini crimper. It heats up fast... and it is true to the color listed... I'll give it that. But. if you are wanting smooth and shining locks, this is not the product you are looking for. However, if you ARE looking to do some micro- barbiedoll-frizz crimps on the go, you are in the right place!Daughter loved them
