In my family, we like to do some shopping in bulk from Costco, so vacuum bags are pretty essential for many products to prevent freezer burn or premature spoiling. I've used a variety of vacuum bag sizes, but this is the first time I've ever had such small ones. These work for individual portions of meats/chicken/seafood (as long as the portions are relatively conservative, maybe up to 8 or 10oz), and they're also really good for when we get a big block of cheese and want to cut it into portions to preserve it better (I typically do this for sharp cheddar blocks, but I guess it would work for other cheeses as long as they're not too wet). The 15x20cm ones are very small bags, so keep that in mind. In inches, that's less than 6x8. It's a size I didn't know I needed, I guess, but I'm glad I got it. The quality is also good. The sizing of the bags means it takes some manipulating to get it to seal perfectly in my vacuum sealer, but it works well. The bags are also thick enough and durable, so they withstand different types of products, even meat with bones. They can also survive sous vide cooking at reasonable temperatures. Overall, a good product that's easy to recommend if you're into vacuum sealing!***I write reviews as a hobby because I love trying out electronics, clothing, household products, kitchen devices, and more.
