Al principio tenía dudas de comprar algo Refurbished, pero estoy totalmente agradecida conmigo misma de que lo hice, la licuadora se ve y funciona como un producto totalmente nuevo, simplemente no viene en el cartón original, de ahí todo es completamente normal, viene todo lo que se muestra en las imágenes del producto?I like everything about it easy to clean perfect size fits perfectly in my cabinets the power blends to perfection .Looked for a long time and so glad I purchased this. It is being used for everything. Smoothie cups work great as well as the pitcher for everyday use.Performed what it promised.Works great. Still learning what I can all do with it. Blades are very shape. I cut myself when I was cleaning them before using it. That’s how I am tho lol. But I love this product.I waited a long time to write the review because I was deathly afraid that my machine would break! And about two weeks after I wrote an awesome review on here I’m coming back to change it. The blender broke at the base the entire bottom comes completely off sometimes it just does this randomly and it makes loud noise and you have to press it down to continue blending. The handle on the big jug stopped recognizing when the lid was closed. So I would have to hold the jug down so that it would continue to blend. I stop using the big blender jug and started using the small personal size one thinking I’ll just buy another big jug one day. But then I realize the money that I was saving would be spent on new parts! And now the base has given out. The company wasn’t interested in taking this unit back so now I’m just stuck… I should have just bought one brand new.Giving two stars because it did work for maybe six months. iI you’re looking for a temporary unit or you only planning to use it once a month for the rest for 2 years and you also plan on never picking it up off of your countertop this could be worth it… But I absolutely don’t recommend this unit from the seller.Make sure they include your cleaning brush as I had to email them post-delivery to get mine. Not easy to cleanLa licuadora está muy bien solo que mi paquete no me llegó completo me falta una pieza y no sé cómo reclamarla ya que no se me hace justo ademas he visto como entregan en cajas con la imagen de la marca la mía venía en una de cartón sin publicidad y medio abierta pero supuse vendría adentro de esa caja la caja original y no venían las piezas en cajas de cartón individuales y en ningúna parte encontré el sepillo que dicen que incluye para la limpieza de está alguien me puede ayudar por favor?Estoy feliz con mi compra, llego en tiempo y sin ningún faltante y funciona Perfecto!!! Estoy fascinada con esta licuadora y la marcaMe gustó solo no trae manual ni cepillo que aparece en la foto
