I was concerned that my parakeets were not drinking enough water, so I decided to get more water cups to put inside their cage.These troughs are great - they come in a two-pack, which means there are 4 compartments total.I'm using them for water at the moment just to get the birds used to them.I'm thinking of using one or two compartments for treats or fruits and vegetables.I think these would make a good salad bar for the birds LOLThe troughs are easy to hang in the cage.They have a perch on the front for the birds to stand on and they are easy to clean.The little fill device works OK for adding water or treats, but in may cage, at least, it's just as easy to use a bottle of water, or a scoop of seed.Another great find on Amazon.
