My daughter has an extremely sensitive stomach and is one of the few with constipation issues so I've looked and tried every sort of food you can think of. This is the absolute best for a million reasons; the flavor is great even if your kid doesn't like vegetables the pear balances it perfectly, it's made of clean ingredients, it's very forgiving on the stomach, it's great for an on-the-go snack and MOST importantly is its not just an empty snack! A lot of the pouches are just fillers with 1g of fiber (or less!) and usually less than a gram the protein. With my daughters stomach issues, I like to make whatever she eats count. Just the one pouch has 4g of fiber and 2g of protein! You absolutely cannot beat that and it's great knowing of course she's getting a good amount of vegetables in on top of it! It's just sweet enough I can offer it as a breakfast snack and vegetable enough to serve next to chicken for dinner. If you couldn't already tell, I love love love this particular flavor. (We eat all sorts of the other plum organics flavors as well and they're all great) ??
