FishThe fish don’t swarm all over it but they do eat it up. I have Frontossa cichlids and they seemed to clean it up. i try to mix up floating and sinking food for them.I like the variety of ingredients and my fish seem to thrive on itI really like the idea of a mix for all the fish however they are not thrilled with. Maybe the size of the pellets? I have BIG fish. They are not finicky eaters.May be a little pricey but I love that it has varied sizes of pellets, both sinking and floating. Meets the needs of all the cichlids in my 150 gal tank. My new gold standard for cichlid food.Bought this because it has such good reviews everywhere. I usually use omega one African cichlid pellets and I tried Ron's food but was not pleased to find my water dirtier than usual. I thought it was just something had gotten in the water but I tested this by stopping the food and trying again another time and same filmy dirty water. On top of this this is very expensive for the quantity you get. Am happy Ron has so much good reviews for this food, but for me I like having clean tank water and money in my wallet. I won't be buying it again but happy I tried it.Wanted to switch up my cichlids food and found out in two days that my haps and peacocks won’t even touch this stuff. For $30 you got a good amount of food but the fact that NONE of my fish eat it says a lot. My fish are a little on the picky side when it comes to eating so take that into consideration. Looks like I’ll be sticking to omega one for now onThis is a value product. Fish love it. It leaves no waste and doesn't leave an odor like other foods.
