I have a large garden and I dehydrate a lot of it because it's only my husband and I and we just can't eat that much as we grow. These packs allow me to keep my dehydrated fresh fruits and vegetables in jars longer so I can enjoy them throughout the year instead of just in the season that I grow them in. Won’t know how well it works until I open one upI'll admit, I'm fairly new to the OA scene.But I was expecting these to be larger than they were.I have some 300cc Oa's and these 1000cc Oa's are only about 25% larger than my 300cc's.The videos I've watched of people using 1000cc OA's for their 5 gallon bucket storage all had larger packets...so I'm having my doubts.Was exactly what I wanted, good for the value. Will order again for sure.I used this product for dry food storage and it works very well. I know this because when I placed those I didn’t use in a canning jar the lid sealed shortly thereafter. Works well for intended purpose.I was hopping for a little larger package
