I bought these for a family friend who is older and partially handicapped so the less work for her the better. (A++)Her cats immediately took to them. She has 5 cats so I got her 2 sets and it takes about a full week before either the water or food dispensers need refilling. (A++)The form factor looks so much better than clear plastic bottles and for in with her kitchen decor very well. (A++)The portion size is really good for cats but if you have more it wouldn't hurt if they offered a larger size of bowl. I know it wouldn't have been enough for my 90 lb dog. (A)The only complaint I really have is that the food dispensers tend to not refill the bowl as intended. In looking closely I think the chute should probably be at a steeper angle to ensure food refills the bowl but it's not too big of a deal for her because she's homebound and the cats are not left alone for extended periods of time but if you were going on a vacation and leaving your pets alone for a good while it could be a problem. I might make an insert to improve food flow. (D if not F)Maybe the cats will figure out all they need to do is dig at the chute to get the food to flow out but they haven't in the past 2 months so I dunno.Good item, easy use, easy clean. Portion size is just right for me.Both units work fine. Unfortunately my cat refuses to drink from the dispenser. Could be the plastic smell.I personally like the way these gravity food and water feeders work and look. The food feeder was a little tricky to get the top to line up correctly with the bottom but other than that it is amazing! Much better than the cheap plastic ones you find in stores :)We have a small dog who uses this. The water jug needs cleaned often but it’s pretty easy to fill the food and water and lasts a good while.I love that this looks so clean and pretty my dog always has his water and food and I don’t have to make it an everyday thing great itemOne less thing I have to worry about! Water dispenser is extremely inconvenient to clean, as the tank filled with water is heavy and you need to pick the whole thing up and bring it to the sink every 2-3 days to clean, unless you want to spill water all over your floor or have hair and gross squishy kibble in your cat’s water. Kibble inside of the food dispenser gets clogged after every meal, you have to shake it to get more out every time; cheap plastic bits broke completely with a gentle nudge to the the food out.
