This book is a lifesaver and will be for those of us with multiple food allergies. I’m allergic to gluten, grains, tree nuts, coconut, dairy, plus, which eliminates quite a few foods. I purchased this book to learn about rotation diets, in an effort to treat a recent eczema exacerbation. I’m so thankful I did! It is the most comprehensive user oriented, practical book on food allergies I’ve seen; and I’ve ordered several other books, and returned a few. I reference the book on a daily basis, and it is my food bible.The recipes and their variations in this book cater to all grain circumstances. If you have grain, dairy sensitivities you know the misery of not being able to have baked goods. I made the buckwheat, dairy free, grain free waffles and savored every forkful; though hard and tasteless for most palates, they were like heaven for me! I wish there were more allergy references/cookbooks like this!The book enabled me to create my personal food rotation, and explore foods I never would have eaten before, like buffalo, kale, chard, … The list of food groups, along with the various recipes are well worth it for someone looking for food allergy/sensitivity direction. I give it 5 stars +. I’d be lost without it.
